1. Working on D & W Rigs (Assignment, inspections & Documentation Auditing). 2. Assisting drilling management teams in the development to deliver drilling safety. 3. Reviewing, developing and maintaining HSE impact assessments for drilling rigs.4. Reviewing contractors and sub contractors safety plans and procedures activities.5. Providing direction, leadership, data interpretation, and technical assistance to all. 6. Ensuring compliance with standards for all HSE critical operations within Drilling.7. Ensuring identification of HSE hazards, evaluation of risks for all drilling activities.8. Supervising the planning and execution of rigs moves regarding all HSE matters. 9. Ensuring the effectiveness of application of the management of change processes. 10. Reviewing and auditing all contractors HSE documentations to ensure compliance.11. Conducting and leading pre- commencement acceptance for all the new rigs.12. Conducting training on daily, weekly, monthly and annual emergency drills at site. 13. Conducting training for all new HSE Hands and give they full training orientation.14. Supervising the mentoring, coaching and competence development of drilling staff. 15. Leading and participating in drilling safety audits, inspections and reviewing reports.16. Providing drilling safety inputs to the annual HSE management views and reviews.17. Supervising the daily and monthly walk through visits of VPs and TLs to the rigs.18. Providing input to all leading and trailing drilling HSE performance methods.19. Supporting the training and development of all local trainees and employees

1. Directing, supervising and providing advice on HSE workforce at site.2. Providing guidance, assistance and independent technical expertise aspects of occupational health management to achieve the Occupational.3. Ensuring implementation by periodic audits and inspections at worksite.4. Reviewing the job safety analysis for approvals depending on worksite risks.5. Coordinating, supporting and advising company in identification of hazards at the worksite.6. Ensuring the close out of accident/ incident actions and recommendations within prescribed timescales.7. Leading of 10 HSE personnel on day to day tasks on the worksite.8. Leading the investigation of HSE related incidents and reporting final recommendations.9. Coordinating and supervising Behavior Based Safety and STOP program on site.10. Providing appropriate HSE training and developing employees at site.11. Developing and coordinating all the HSE Compliance Assurance Audits and work sites inspections.12. Maintaining and communicating the matrix for safety and environment performance.13. Developing of the Emergency Response Plans; periodic reviewing and testing by regular practice drills.14. Attending weekly and monthly HSSE meetings with Contractor and subcontractor HSE team.15. Maintaining records, reports and documents required for the company’s operations.16. Encouraging and promoting Safety, Health and Environmental awareness in all sites. 17. Providing support and advising to all projects and work site related HSE matters.
