More than 16 years of experience in the oil and gas industry in both technical and commercial perspectives. Started with drilling for some time then moved to Well Services ( Completion & Well Intervention). Planned and executed so many intervention jobs in Oil & Gas wells in the highest risky wells in Oman. Worked as well in Low and Medium risk, sour and non sour wells. Planned and Supervised milling , fishing , stimulation , N2 lifting , perforations , testing , logging , integrity tests , set and retrieve plugs and others.assumed the role of contract holder for multiple contracts from different categories.Worked in PDO, working as a Senior Intervention Field Engineer.Currently assuming the role of Senior Manager Contracts and Operations Excellence where I am responsible about managing all company main contracts. Also, managing the main subcontracts.Part of what I do is also business development for all the segments.For the operations Excellence my role is to work collaboratively to stream line processes, optimize them and also work on continuous improvement.
