I am a confident and motivated individual with over 17 years of experience working with Governments, national and international organizations in the areas of project/program management and implementation in agricultural, rural and urban development sectors. I obtained my B.Sc. Degree in Agriculture from Nangarhar University This was followed by MBA and then a Post-Graduate Diploma in Sustainable Rural Development and a one-year Diploma in Agriculture Extension Management. Throughout my career, I have developed, managed, implemented and operationalized national programs, projects on local, regional, national and subnational levels for different international agencies, UN and government. As a member of a core team or lead designer, I have developed, formulated and implemented national programs, including Citizens Charter Afghanistan, the Agri-Business Charter (ABC) and the Facility for Agriculture and Rural Market Development, support to National Priority Program 2 (SNAPP-02), On Farm Water Management Project, Dry Land Agriculture projects, and 19 different high value crop value-chain Development programs in Afghanistan.
