This role is part of the 2016 UCL Constructionarium trip. I was selected by my team to be their project manager. My responsibilities involved coordinating the team to produce relevant tender documentation that proves that we are capable of constructing a small scale version of the Kingsgate Bridge in Durham. The team consists of 23 people and is structured.

During this placement, I was given the task of writing up a guidebook for new project managers. This was a task that required me to learn as much as possible about the profession before I could even start writing it. I was also tasked with generating protocols for filing and report writing in an effort to create a unified system for all employees.

Worked as an activity instructor, leading children aged 6-15 in activities such as mountain boarding, rock climbing, kayaking, treasure hunts and swimming. Aspects of the job also including keeping an inventory of all activity equipment and serving soft drinks and candies to the children.
