I do have a wide spread knowledge, about the Mitel VoIP systems.With almost 5 years experience off the following components.- vMCD (Virtual Mitel Comminications Director)- vMBG (Virtual Mitel Border Gateway)- vMAS (Virtual Mitel Applications Server)- vMOIG (Virtual Mitel Open Integration Gateway)- MiCC – YSE (Mitel Contact Center)- MiCC – IVR (Interactive Voice Resonse)- SIP Knowledge and configuration methods- Upgrade capability’s, off all above components (Ova template deployments, backup-restore)- Creating, HotDesk accounts, with UCA Soft Phone, and Mobile SIP Soft Phone, adding the mobile Cell phone- Creating, MiCC Support agents, with UCA Soft Phone features (Ignite and Contact Center Clients)- Maintaining on a daily base the whole Mitel platform globally, going from backend to supporting the Desktop teams spread out over the Globe.- Rolled fixed phones globally around 9000 phones (5320-5330-6920, UC360, …)- Regular non Support Soft Phones, around 850 users spread out globaly.- Support Soft Phones, Full Contact Center Clients, to fully integrated UCA Soft Phone in the YSE with Ignite (150 Agents)- Building call flows, Agent groups, Workflows, Subroutines, Promts, Hunt and ring groups.- Working with Global Support teams, to implement new acquired companies, to the existing Global or Local call flows.- Working direct with Mitel contacts instead of a local Support reseller. Due to the complexity, we had the opportunity to work directly with Mitel technical Support divisions.- Migrating existing telephony systems, to the company default VoIP infrastructure.
