Thesis title: Nanogap Electrochemical Sensors- Acquired four years of cleanroom semiconductor processing experience with a special interest in nano/-microfabrication procedures; including, photo-lithography, e-beam lithography, soft lithography, evaporating and sputtering techniques (PECVD), wet bench process, SEM/EDS, TEM, XPS.- Applied cleanroom semiconductor processing and lithography experience in state-of-the-art device for nanogap sensor on a chip, working based on electrochemical redox cycling amplification.- Developed a model to gain insight into the electrochemical sensing performance of nanogap sensors, using finite element simulations (COMSOL).- Acquired six years of analytical and electrochemical laboratory experiences; Potentiometry, Chronoamperometry, UV-Visible Spectroscopy, Mass Spectroscopy.- Mentored four students on cleanroom fabrication procedures.- Supervised six master students and collaborated with eight researcher guests in the group.- Guided more than 200 bachelor students as a teaching assistant in "thermodynamics of Life Science" course for two semesters (guiding students during tutorial sessions, designing and correcting homeworks).
