Was dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service to our customer, while also coaching struggling employees on performance plans leading them back up to meet the quality standards needed to continue working at Accolade. Along with that extensive coaching experience I have also regularly trained new hires to make them ready to support customers full time. This positions entailed documenting the training I provided so their Supervisors and other Coaches who work with them can see where their areas of improvement are. As part of this I also frequently provide demonstrations for the new hire classes, letting them shadow me so they can listen in on my calls, so they can use my expertise to improve their skills. Each of those "shadowing: sessions always has a questions and answers portion throughout to continuously coach. This position had me working in close proximity to nurses and making sure they had every resource and medication needed to treat their patients. This role taught me the importance of time management, working with Hard Deadlines, and being willing to give extra time and attention to the individuals in my department who needed extra coaching to improve.

Was the Hiring manager at CLD exterior design, which was a contracting company that did the seasonal Décor for Disneyland. My responsibilities included recruiting, interviewing and hiring new employee. Each new employee I that was brought on I was in charge of training them to meet the exceptional standards of quality that Disneyland had, as well as coaching them and providing additional training throughout the year. When employees failed to meet required expectations, I was in charge of overseeing their progress plans, and firing them if they continued to fail at their position.
