• Sustentação da Operação de Portal Oi (incidentes, problemas, mudanças etc...)• Gestão de Ambientes Aplicacionais e apoio na implantação de novos projetos;• Garantir o planejamento e continuidade da Infraestrutura (Sistemas Legados e relacionados a operação do Portal Oi)• Automatização de processos e rotinas do dia a dia;

• IT infrastructure project management (systems and hardware);• Work with the company's areas in the development of new technologies, processes and services;• Interaction with customers making demands, feasibility and cost of solutions;• Presentation of meeting documents, status reports and project progress reports to the team and stakeholders;• Ensure compliance of the services is adequate in relation to the company's policies and processes;• Leadership and support the teams involved in activating new services and troubleshooting;• Support the supply and contract teams in the negotiation of commercial proposals, contracts and licensing of software and hardware with suppliers in the technological aspect;• Support in the evolution planning of systems architecture and integration aligned with the current needs of the company;

• Administration of services in Windows and Linux Servers (for example: Application Servers, Fileservers, Active Directory, Proxies, Firewalls, FTP, Web Servers, DHCP, Proxy, Exchange Online Mail (Office 365) etc ...);• Perform system and application troubleshooting along with operation, development and vendor teams;• Ensure the availability of application servers and infrastructure equipment in the Data Center and Static Education Units (systems and network support (LAN and WAN), maintenance, monitoring, etc.);• Technical support for the company's business areas and IT teams at the operation level;• Creation and updating of infrastructure documentation and systems used by the company;• Work with the outsourcing team to plan, maintain and update the Infrastructure (physical servers (slides and blades), virtualized environments hosted in the Institution's Data Center, operating systems and corporate systems);• Administration of Cloud Computing platforms used by business areas (Azure, Openstack, Amazon, Office 365);• Identification and evaluation of vulnerabilities in the infrastructure area, assisting in the planning of the implementation of protection controls to mitigate risks;

• Administration, management and maintenance of the technologies involved in customer networks;• Support to Windows and Linux Servers (for example: File servers, Active Directory administration, Web Servers, Proxyes, Firewalls, backup and other services);• Physical and logical management of the network (configuration of routers, switches, management of vlans, structured cabling, monitoring of internet links etc ...);• Support the systems technical support teams in the second level customer service;• Elaboration of technical documentation (network and systems), validation of software installation documentation created by the helpdesk team;• Technical feasibility analysis in the adoption of new technological solutions for customers.

• Second level technical support (N2) on desktops, printers, systems and network for users;• Attendance to the call queue of the company's management system for user support (Lan Designers Intradesk);• Elaboration and updating of documentation aimed at end-user IT support;• Creation of documents, reports, checklists and updating of software and hardware inventories requested by the manager and the support coordinator;• Work on hardware and software upgrade projects at the company's offices and branches.
