I am a Senior Principal at Collective Next, LLC, where I help clients designs solutions. I also head up our Creative team. I am an experienced facilitator and have worked with 100+ Fortune 500 companies across every industry. Leveraging design thinking and powerful collaboration methodology, I design and facilitate workshops and conferences that help my clients achieve successful and actionable business results in accelerated timeframes.I also help clients with the socialization and implementation of complex internal engagement and communication strategies. Through collaborative workshops, dynamic learning programs, and high impact roadshows, I help my clients bring strategies to life in the hearts and minds of their employees throughout their organizations.I use my theatre background to create memorable experiences for my clients. Most recently, I helped curate and facilitate Innotribe, the futurist, provocative, cinematic innovation-themed track of Sibos, the world’s premier Financial Services conference in Geneva, Switzerland.
