As part of the Insight and Impact team, working on reducing food waste across the UK food system. As part of this, I:- Created a model estimating the greenhouse gas emissions attributable to the UK food system and how this has changed since 2015. This has contributed to the Courtauld 2025 first milestone report, which will be published soon.- Led a project modelling policy options to explore pathways to achieving SDG12.3 in the UK. As far as is known it is the first project of its kind to simultaneously evaluate multiple policies towards reducing food waste and is being used to help guide DEFRA and WRAP in the next stage of policy planning and evidence gathering.- Created evidence matrices on product-specific food and packaging behaviours at the household level to help inform the Behaviour Change team in designing successful product-specific interventions which recognise how food behaviours are embedded in patterns of daily life

Researched the food system in New York State and authored a report to be used as a resource for participating schools in the Sustainable Food and Biodiversity Champions.This involved 'mapping' the core stakeholders and defining issues in the New York food system, trawling organisation and company websites to create a database and interactive online map to visualise the stakeholders using Google MyMaps. Alongside this map was a report outlining the core concepts of a sustainable food system and explaining the defining issues shaping the actions of food system stakeholders, which will be used as an explanatory resource to aid teachers and students in the LanDestini Foundation's Sustainable Food and Biodiversity Champions educational project.
