Strategic Direction - Provide policy and strategic direction and advice on Human Resource matters that the Alturki Group should pursue, to ensure business goals are achieved, in accordance with subsidiary strategic plans.2. Training and Development - Assist management with the development of their workforce through the design and implementation of a competency based training and development programme.3. Resourcing - Plan and co-ordinate recruitment and search assignments for subsidiary companies. Design and implement competency based recruitment. Train management in behavioural event interviewing.4. Saudisation - Achieve Saudisation targets through the design and implementation of a plan that achieves objectives as they relate to recruitment targets, retention and employee performance.5. Human Resource Policies and Processes - Review, develop and implement best practice policies for HR.
