In this capacity I managed a fleet of 4500 vehicles from acquisition through to EOL. Here I ran the Hamilton operation, while launching new markets in Tauranga and Wellington. In this capacity I built on existing processes to achieve scale, while developed local managers to successfully maintain scooter fleets.

In this role I managed all elements of the local operations to ensure that our fleet of 1250 scooters were operational for local customers. This included managing the warehouse teams, field teams and contractors while continually striving to design and implement best practice.
