I played a leading role in establishing and operationalising a new insurance underwriting entity based in Dublin which provided continuity of coverage for Bupa Global EEA customers after the loss of passporting rights. This included successfully obtaining an insurance licence with the Central Bank of Ireland, executing the migration of customers to the new underwriting entity, and establishing the new entity’s operating service model and outsourcing arrangements, ensuring day one readiness and the delivery of a seamless service proposition for migrating customers.
