• Working on developing multibody models for the FSAE Vehicle in MSC Adams

Working on contract for TATA Motors Commercial Vehicles to perform Handling Simulations for Light Commercial Vehicles and RLDA Durability Load Extractions for Heavy Vehicles. Additionally I am tasked with Capability and Automation Development projects where I create Python Based GUI's along with ADAM's CMD to automate tasks and derive insights from our data.

• Worked on developing powertrain models and DAQ systems for an E-2W prototype for range estimation. • Worked on an E-2W multibody model for virtual two post rig testing to generate suspension loads.

Successfully led a team of 29 undergraduate students in designing, manufacturing and testing a 4WD ATV which won the runner's up trophy (AIR-2) and 11 other awards at BAJA SAEINDIA 2022.

Responsible for the development and implementation of 4wd drivetrain for an off-road ATV.• Designed and Manufactured a Custom Locking Differential utilizing MSC ADAMS to predict torque transfer characteristics. The custom design enabled a 40% weight reduction while increasing suspension and steering characteristics ( Steer Angle +2.5°, Droop +0.75″ , Compression +0.5″ ). This was a finalist in the BAJA SAEINDIA 2022 Innovation Award.• Developed the IPG CARMAKER Model for the ATV to simulate the vehicle in the Virtual Dynamics Competition ( Rank AIR 2 )
