• Prepared & issue daily maintenance schedules & verify that the notification received in SAP from different areas have been scheduled according to their priorities and with available resources.• Creation of work permits for all routine / shutdown works in SAP as a part of work package in daily schedule.• Coordination with Engineering, Technical Services and the Operations department in the planning and execution of maintenance and repair works including minor/major overhauls, modification works etc. • Conduct Job Safety Analysis / Risk assessment meetings before execution of critical jobs.• Frequent contacts with Contractors to discuss work requirements.• Suggested and assisted in implementation of improvements / changes in SAP in coordination of IT.• Have understanding on P&ID’s, Process Flow Diagrams(PFD) & detailed engineering drawings. • Tracking of all WOs waiting for material from PR to RFQ to PO.• Monitor and prepare material shortage reports for all works awaiting materials as per requirement.• Preparing 90 days Look-ahead plan as per new practice of maintenance planning so that jobs can be prepared well in advance.• Provide information for monthly major highlights, RV calibration record & PM compliance to Team leader.• Generate new stock entry forms for the items not available in warehouse.• Detail planning of MOC received from engineering.

• Planning and scheduling of all maintenance activities of Workshop & Non Plant section.• Prepare & issue daily maintenance schedules for regular corrective, preventive & predictive planned maintenance and & verify that the work orders received from different areas have been scheduled according to their priorities.• Coordination with TSD team for recommendations for the repair work.• Conduct site visits & discuss with concerned work originators to estimate the exact scope of works for the planned maintenance activities.• Coordinate daily meeting with area coordinators to discuss the progress of current day activities & next day schedule jobs.• Determines resources requirements (material, manpower, equipment, tools, and lifting equipment) and works sequences for maintenance jobs.• Receive, review and analyze all maintenance work request order in SAP.• Update planned maintenance activities in the system (SAP) and verification of all resources for maintenance jobs.• Review maintenance backlog / schedule compliance and provide solutions to catch up delays.• Assist in coordinating routine maintenance requirements & major shutdowns activities including preparation of detailed specifications for contracting.• Verification of issued material against all the planned and ensures material reconciliation after maintenance close out.• Preventive maintenance Planning on due dates (Monthly, three monthly, six monthly, annually) for the workshop machines/ mobile equipment’s.• Review of job plans in SAP & participate in improvements based on the actuals.• Ability to create PR’s & MSR’s for any maintenance/service activity.
