As an Operations Manager at Planet Textile Industries, I oversee the daily operations of a textile manufacturing company with over 200 employees. I am responsible for managing the production, quality, inventory, and logistics of the company, as well as ensuring compliance with safety and environmental standards. I also lead and coordinate various projects to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and increase customer satisfaction. With over three years of experience in this role, I have developed strong skills in project management, financial analysis, problem-solving, and communication. I am pursuing two bachelor's degrees, one in Entrepreneurship and Innovation, and one in Science, from The Islamia University of Bahawalpur, expected to graduate in 2024. I am passionate about applying my entrepreneurial mindset and scientific knowledge to create innovative solutions for the textile industry. My goal is to contribute to the sustainable and ethical development of the sector, and to empower the local communities and workers.
