A seasoned executive with 20+ years of leadership, business development, project execution, and operations management experience, in energy and heavy industries across MEA.I started my career at NPCC, a leading EPC company that specialized in onshore and offshore oil & gas facilities. A great opportunity for an engineer to build a solid foundation, and where I became responsible for construction project planning, scheduling, budgeting and execution. After my 6 years at NPCC, I had an opportunity to help set up the MEA division of Enerflex, a global publicly listed natural gas treatment and compression pioneer. I held leadership roles in sales, business development, and proposal management, winning 5 bids worth over $400Mn and expanding Enerflex regional presence. Having established Enerflex footprint, I crossed over into the execution side spearheading numerous projects, and head the Projects division with an average project portfolio size of over $350 million in 5 countries. Hired as the 2nd employee at Enerflex MEA, I helped setup regional sales, marketing, project execution, and operations functions growing Enerflex from a team of 4 in 2009 to over 250 across offices in the UAE, Oman, Bahrain, and Kuwait. Today, I am leading the regional Operations Management Department, responsible for growing strategic clients, operations management and service delivery to assets worth approximately $2 billion. I am passionate about the energy industry and am at the center of an exciting energy transition focus, promoting clean energy, spearheading business development and investment opportunities in energy infrastructure.
