I also implemented an adapter which converts data and coordinate systems from ARCGIS runtime library to MOJ (Map Objects Java) to render layers in PE (Power Explorer). I used Color Quantization technique using Python to extract key colors from any image and transfer it to the map. Implemented multiple color fixing algorithms for the map. Implemented two techniques to create and register a video dataset having capability of converting real world coordinates to the image coordinates for overlapping real-world coordinates geometries and vice versa. OpenCV was used extensively for reading and managing video files. Implemented AR Enhanced module in iDesktopX. The feature enables the user to insert different effects such as rain, snow, thunder, etc. on the video with screen-ratio adjustable sky and ground frames. It also enables the user to adjust videos colors, transfer other images styles, and apply different filters. Implemented support of different styles for overlaying geometries in the AR Map. Used JOGL (Java OpenGL) to improve rendering performance of large dataset on ARMap. Implemented a technique to reshape video on a map with high accuracy. I also used Aparapi framework to enable GPU (Graphics Processing Unit) for increasing the performance. Created functions for calculating length, area, and heights of objects in a video. Implemented AR module C++ libraries in the iObjects product. Implemented Broken Road Detection function which reshapes images of the roads and displays it in the map with highlighted damaged parts.
