 Leading & Managing of QC team for implementation of QA/QC Plan at site and resolve their Quality related issues. Coordinate with Client and management to ensure that work is being proceeded in accordance with contract document and Approved Drawings and Method Statement. Follow up the NCRs & Log Book Entries at daily basis and provide Root cause, Corrective and Preventive action immediately after Client notification.  Attending weekly QC meeting with Management & Client to ensure that all NCRs, Log Book Entries and deficiencies are rectifying and closing on agreed target dates.  Review Monthly Management Report, logs (NCR, Concrete Pouring & Testing, FDT, & Calibration), Two week look ahead schedule, QC organization & mobilization plan, Audit reports as per Schedule “Q” requirement and forward to Client. Reviewing the construction method statements and making comments as per project specifications, procedures & ITPs Coordination with Civil testing agencies / batching plants for in time delivery of concretes and subsequent inspection & testing requirements. Ensuring the availability of QC Inspector during any operations. Coordination with client’s inspection for getting the feedback for open log book entries and preparations of corrective actions to close those violations.

Detailed surface & subsurface geotechnical investigations pre-feasibility/feasibility stage during construction stage & confirmatory including both in-situ and laboratory material testing for different civil engineering projects.- Field supervision of various projects of soil improvement using different technique such as Vibroflotation, Dynamic Compaction, Stone Columns, Compaction Pile, Compaction Grouting, Drainage Technique and also Verification of Soil Improvement in Pakistan and KSA.- Prospection of borrow areas for the procurement of different types of naturally occurring civil engineering construction materials both rock aggregate and different types of soils for the construction of zoned embankments, earth fill dams and water reservoirs. Coring at rock quarries and sub-surface investigations, drilling, sampling and detailed quality control testing. - Field supervision of various concrete projects and laboratory testing of soil, concrete, cement, grout and soil material according to project specification as well as standard specification of ASTM and BS standards.- Detailed Quality Control Testing to assess the suitability of civil engineering materials for Construction Industry. Carried our preliminary studies/detailed investigations to assess the engineering behavior of construction materials (soil/aggregate) for the approval of quarries and borrow areas. - Preparation of concrete mix designs for highway bridges and structures related to highways such as minor drainage works, retaining walls, abutments etc. Preparation of JMF for asphaltic base and wearing course subjected to variable traffic loads and climatic conditions for different types of soils. Installation, calibration and batch management to ensure quality.- Supervision of piling and pile load test such as PDA test and pile solidarity test such as Pile integrity test (PIT) for highway bridges, power plant and jetty structures.
