- Presents company quality systems to clients and client representative. Ensure company quality control policies and procedures are adhered to with in various divisions.- Ensures that all company operations and proposals conforms with technical standards, industry regulations/norms, and quality assurances standards (external and internal).- Provide technical assistance to project personal when required in his area of specialization. Review and evaluate of project final reports to verify quality management system is active. Monitor projects performance and recommended changes to meet internal company quality assurance standards, ISO requirements, contract terms, and client deadlines. Conduct site visits in coordination with department managers to report project performance.- Continuously monitor changes in technology pertaining to company business. Conduct seminars and tutorials to engineers on the latest developments in the engineering field.- Develop the policies and procedures for the quality assurance function including the development of the work plane. Create a quality control manual that contains company quality assurance standards and guidelines for engineers to fallow. Periodically update the quality control manual/ policies.- Control work plan, prepared department budget and approved expenses related to department with in the stipulated budget. Report any inconsistencies in project execution to the Managing director.
