Be the liaison between SLC (Sale Logistic Coordinator), sales, production and shipping department to proceed and complete the delivery excellence process.Receive the customers daily delivery requests from SLC (Sale Logistic Coordinator).Receiving, Planning, booking, processing and monitoring execution of customer’s inbound and outbound order.Prioritize the deliveries according to sales guidelines.Contact with production planning to be aware of the production schedule in order to arrange the deliveries on time.Creates the daily delivery schedules & Transportation details for drivers. Ensure freights in the best / most economical way by promptly alerting the carrier contractor.Ensures timely and correct loading of shipment.Ensures that the daily load schedule is fully implemented.Plan and manage the regular distribution of products in accordance with company standards and requirements.Ensure the stock level maintain in other regions warehouse.Ensure rotation of stocks according to the Ageing level. FIFO.Keep records of shipment shipped, received or transferred to other warehouses.Generate and maintain (Stock Report, Materials Movement Report, Inbound & Outbound Report Daily, weekly and Monthly Basis.Troubleshooting and solving customer’s issue and responding to customer inquiries.Maintain stock accuracy on the system by participating in daily and periodic stock count.Ensure a proper smooth flow of work in the department by being responsible for WH supervisor.
