To ensure the effective functioning of the plant by overseeing the operations shift team and making sure that safe and optimal operating procedures are followed throughout all site-performed tasks. 2. To make sure that daily, weekly, monthly, and annual operational tasks are completed on schedule, that records have been updated, and that work requests are raised in the event that any discrepancies are discovered. 3. To comply EHS policies & Quality Assurance procedures as developed and implemented at site in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.4. To Assist team lead operations for preparation, issue, surrender and cancel Safety Documents (PTW, LWA, STT, Confined space entry, Hot work).5. To review and develop new operating procedures as per requirement.6. To prepare incident /trip/ outage/critical events reports for the incidents / plant trips.7. To identify and investigate faults / problems within the plant then effectively communicating them to the maintenance sections. 8. To prepare plant daily morning meeting reports.9. To analyze plant equipment data for efficiency improvement.10.Handling of Maximo for PR , SR, MR creation and operations related inventory management. Show less
