CurrentMicrobiology Clinical Experience: My role involved receiving, planting, and preparing specimens. I performed bacteria identification using colonial morphologies, Gram stains, biochemical tests, and monitored quality control for serology tests. I operated equipment such as the Bac T/Alert, and MALDI-Tof.Clinical Biochemistry Experience: I trained on the Abbott Architect c1600, i800, and c3200 analyzers, as well as Siemens blood gas analyzers. My responsibilities included QC verification, patient result reporting, method calibration and validation, and troubleshooting QC failures and instrument issues.Clinical Hematology Experience: I gained expertise on the Sysmex XN-3000, DI‐60/Cellavision, Beckman Coulter, and ACL TOP 350 Coagulation analyzer. I am proficient in WBC and RBC morphology analysis, patient result reporting, QC verification, and troubleshooting analyzers.Histopathology Clinical Experience: I am proficient in performing routine H&E staining and special stains such as the silver impregnation stain (Masson Fontana) and glycogen stain (periodic acid Schiff). I utilized instruments such as tissue processors, automatic microtomes, and immunohistochemistry analyzers.Transfusion Science Clinical Experience: I worked with the NEO analyzer (solid phase technology), micro typing system (MTS), tube ABO typing, antibody screening and investigation, phenotyping, QC temperature checks, instrument maintenance, and the issuing and receiving of blood products.
