CurrentDirect supervision of Account Representatives to ensure superior customer serviceEnsure the continuous improvement of safety, sales, quality, productivity, and financial performanceEnsure effective controls to meet key Inventory Aging and Account Receivable Aging TargetsCreate and Develop Profit & Loss Budget for the section and monitor customer profitability analysisEnsure effective Business Continuity Program that ensures continued supply of product to our customers Ensure effective Quality Control measures in place to meet internal and external customer expectations and sets targets for quality performance.Coordinate, manage and monitor the various departments within the sales organization.Utilize “Hoshin” to communicate the organization’s expectations and results.Ensure standard operating procedures are in place for key processes.Organizes recruitment and placement of required staff ensuring open positions are filled.Plans the effective use of human resources and establish organizational structure.Create training and development plans for the various levels of staff to support succession planning and effective operation.Coach, counsel, administer corrective actions when needed, and provide support to subordinates as required. Develop plans to improve and maintain high morale of staff.Ensure company policies (HR, Safety, Internal Controls, IT, Accounting, Security, etc.) and other directives are communicated and observed throughout the organization.Respond promptly to internal and external customer issues with root cause and countermeasures within the specified timeframe.Lead sales department to meet budget and stretch targets by developing, quoting, and promoting additional value add services.Ensure smooth launch and meet customer expectations to build trust for any new awarded business.Ensure monthly Financial and SBU reports are submitted accurately to the appropriate company entities within the specified time frame.
