Global Service Level Manager for the Eli Lilly account as part of DXC technology. Responsibilities include oversight of contractual and operational reporting for Service Desk and End-User Services, including integrity of the DXC Data Warehouse, accuracy of all critical and key performance measures, scheduled distribution of both manual and automated reporting, and management of several teams directly responsible for execution of the same. Also acts as team lead for all onboarding and off-boarding activities for DXC within Lilly, and serves as the primary point of contact and SME in relation to ServiceNow configuration and design.
