I have been a certified yoga instructor since November 2013. I am currently 200 hour, Level 1 Hatha yoga certified and I have taken a course specifically for Yoga for Cancer as well. My students have been people of all ages and skill levels ranging from mature adults who enjoy slow, subtle stretches, to Crossfit athletes who need deep stretches to improve their overall mobility.
