I recently graduated from Louisiana Tech University with a degree in Marketing. During my time at Tech, I had the opportunity to take several sales and negotiation courses. One of my professors even had a meeting with me before I graduated, encouraging me to pursue a career in sales because of my outstanding performance in his classes. Throughout my four years, I have also gained valuable experience in working in industrial plants, as well as in residential and commercial electrical work. These experiences have helped me improve my communication skills with customers and colleagues. In these roles, critical thinking and creativity were crucial in completing the tasks at hand. Additionally, I gained real-world experience in sales, including the process of demonstrating products to customers and contractors.
