I am responsible for implementing behavioral, social, and academic plans for each individual client. These plans are developed by the board-certified behavior analyst overseeing the case. Attend required monthly supervision meetings. Use only evidence-based practices designated by the supervising BCBA to support programming.I am also responsible for keeping accurate and legible data as called for in each child’s behavior plan.And finally, I am responsible for communicating all scheduling changes (either initiated by the family or the technician) to the behavior analyst and on the case and clinic manager.
