- Support business teams by developing or updating business cases and conducting data analysis to evaluate business performance.- Leverage BI tools and other software applications to build data models, create visualizations, perform data mining, and derive actionable insights.- Implement daily, weekly, and monthly dashboards to analyze sales and marketing performance, monitor inventory, assess competitors, and track KPIs and targets by SKUs and categories, while also providing automated action recommendations.- Monitor and evaluate the performance of products, projects, and advertising campaigns on platforms such as Amazon, Walmart, and Wayfairto extract valuable insights.

- In charge data analysis of BHX operation department. Support business metrics (revenue, growth, cancellation rate) and operations metrics (inventory, check date, restocking goods,).- Work with the database team to collect data and necessary information to ensure accurate data input.- Design and implement visualizations responding to business needs from relational databases and other source systems.- Receive orders to analyze the performance indicators when required by the high level, helping the manager to make decisions to improve the company's performance.- Brainstorm ideas, improve BHX's operating processes, limit fraud and optimize processes to increase revenue and optimize operating costs.
