Managing all Accounting and financial duties for MENA office include but are not limited to:• Managing Budgets for several projects funded by (SIDA, USAID, DANIDA, DRL, OSF, FHI360, INTERNEWS,NED,SRT, FORD Foundation, State of Netherlands) Including budget management, reallocations and revisions.• Preparing the monthly Budget Versus Actual (BVA) reports for each project.• Preparing forecasting reports for each project.• working under supervision of the Regional Director and Provide monthly analysis on each active project to track the grants spending.• Provide detailed analysis for monthly and annual allocations.• Preparing Annual operational Budget for MENA office.• Assist the finance team in the Headquarters in Preparing Donors Financial reports for all grant.• Managing Subgrants provided by ICNL MENA office and reviewing financial reports submitted by subgrantees and partners on monthly basis. More than 15 subgrants per year.• Reviewing the submitted budgets by Subgrantees and provide them with the necessary information and guidance.Conduct site visits to subgrantees inside and outside Jordan.• Responsible for full accounting cycle for MENA office using QuickBooks system: Account Payable, Account Receivable, General ledger, Journal entries, Cash management and treasury duties.• Preparing monthly and annual closure reports including: Bank and Petty cash reconciliations, Staff vacation log, Balance sheet, Cost allocation reports, Allocation Fringe benefits and General office expenses on active projects.• Preparing payroll, including Income Tax, Social security payments and reports.• Coordination with External Auditors in preparing financial reports and Audit report every year.• Preparing for the Doner`s site visits and Audits for MENA office.• Assist in managing contracts and service agreements.• Organize a filing system for monthly reports and confidential documents.• Update MENA office policies as needed.• Supervise the tasks of support staff.
