● Knowledge and experience in privacy and data security laws and regulations, including GDPR, PCI DSS, and CCPA.● Conducting various internal policies check including but not limited to, DPIA, Data breach policies, and a legitimate interest test to ensure compliance to GDPR. ● Drafting Data Protection Agreement, Licensing, and Subscription Agreements, and agreements related to SaaS.● Knowledge and experience in various certifications, including but not limited to, ISO 27001, Cyberessentials, IASME, and Quality Guild.● Patent drafting and filing in the UK and Pakistan. Knowledge regarding all the factsheets of the UK Patent. Having successfully filed Patents in the UK.
