- Revamped the society and created 3 branches to improve focus and prodctivity: Healthcare, Education, and Community.- Managed the financial aspects of all projects during the tenure.- Planned a 6 week summer internship - first of its kind - for the students of IBA.- Initiated and executed a covid vaccine drive at IBA, administering over 1200 shots.- Headed a covid-19 awareness campaign on social media and managed to get critical information regarding sops and vaccines to over 15,000 people.

-Redesigned the kitchen work flow pattern as per the assembly line principles which will allow the company to increase its efficiency and production capacity by atleast 50%. (Approved)-Developed a customer loyalty program to shift customers from placing orders on call to web/application, reducing the costs associated with running a call centre. (Approved)-Proposed the integration of a text reading software so that orders can be processed automatically instead of copy pasting details.

OOPH is a social media platform which is currently launched and being tested in Singapore.As a marketing and business development intern, I:- Identified the target markets on the basis of internet penetration rates and age, and the trending content categories in those segments.- Formed a sample of people in a target market for beta app testing and collected critical feedback for further improvements.- Worked on the business proposal for potential VC firms in UAE and Singapore.

▪︎Performed extensive market research on the presence of FMCG companies at major supermarkets in Karachi.▪︎Extracted key financial data from the SECP and resources available online.▪︎Established relevant points of contact in companies of interest (ASM, ZSM, NSM).▪︎Analysed business performances of these companies using data such as gross sales, operating profits, and growth rates.▪︎Categorized these companies in terms of their size.▪︎Identified potential clients for the company and presented my research, along with recommendations, to the CEO and senior management.

I, along with my friends from high-school, formed a counseling agency to assist students with their college applications to the US, UK, Australia, Turkey, and Hong Kong. The 4-member team is very experienced, having secured admissions at top institutes in the mentioned regions, and hopes to assist students who do not have designated counseling faculty available in their schools/colleges.

I was the Vice President of a 20-member elected body that served as a bridge between the students and the administration. Additionally, I served as the head of the Finance Committee with a budget PKR 2 million to manage. I introduced and implemented a progressive code at Nixor College, under which all for-profit societies were subject to a tax on their profits. I was also responsible for negotiating canteen prices with its external owner and often subsidised items of necessity to give maximum benefit to the students.

The TA program at Nixor College is designed to provide extra academic support to students. TA's either work at the main campus, assisting their peers in one on one or group walk-in sessions during their assigned TA hours or work at the NCFP campus, taking scheduled classes of up to 20 students. I worked at the main campus during my first year and worked at both campuses during the second year. The subjects I taught at the two campuses were Economics and Mathematics.

▪︎Lead the execution of 8 large scale medical camps and multiple small scale clinics, ration drives, and a blood drive.▪︎Initiated and lead the "Water Project" under which multiple water pumps were installed in water-scarce regions of Sindh. This project has been continued by succeeding teams and is now part of the entity's mandate.
