In this role I completed rotations in all departments of the bank to gain understanding of functions and responsibilities of each department. In my training I developed my customer service skills and learned all about the banking industry. I spent time on the retail floor including the functions on the teller line, opening deposit accounts, and learning about all areas of lending (consumer, commercial, and mortgage). Throughout the program I also spent time in our operational departments to gain understanding of the procedures and processes behind the work I was doing directly with bank customers.
