At the beginning of 2017, Huawei Group appointed me as the first Principle Legal Counsel in the Key Account all around the world (Huawei Telenor Global Key Account) to manage all related trade and negotiation (KAD Sales Decision-making Team), risk control and mitigation, dispute resolution, and compliance issue in Thailand; India; Myanmar ; Bangladesh; Pakistan; Norway; Denmark; Sweden; Hungary; Bulgaria; Serbia & Mont)

Responsibilities: Managing regional legal team including 4 Chinese in-house lawyers and 8 local legal consultants to support all 13 countries daily legal issue, Provide turn-Key legal support to group level telecommunication projects , Commercial Legal advising on day to day operations of the company business, Contracts review and negotiation, Legal and corporate compliance, Manage Claims, dispute, arbitration, litigation process. Debt Collection Liaise with government agencies and regulatory authorities in matters relating to obtaining requisite consents, Permits and approvals required for company’s business and corporate compliance. Managing external law firms Provide training to management team Company Goverance Property, interest and assets Acquisition. Tax dispute, company tax and income tax
