After a 20 year career with the US Army, I am looking forward to applying my experience and knowledge in the information security domain. For the bulk of my military service I was unable to specifically perform any information security duties, which has obviously left me in a disadvantaged position regarding future employment. I did what I could with the opportunities that I had, and self-learned. I now currently hold multiple certifications which are testaments to my dedication of learning and to cybersecurity excellence.My military service did provide me with many opportunities to excel at areas such as: leadership, team building, integrity, resolution management, etc. I think that this blend of leadership and technical skills is poised to contribute to any future cybersecurity endeavors.
