Rey.id is a healthcare-insurtech company that provides end-to-end prevention-to-protection health services to 31,000+ active members.My contributions:• Enabled gamification experience in Rey.id wellness feature on the mobile app (ReyFit), utilized by 30% of active members.• Designed multiple internal tool features, including Medical Records, Appointment, and Claim Management, doubling the ReyCare Team's efficiency compared to manual workflows.• Revamped the Product Management dashboard for the Ops team to create and manage Rey.id membership packages and insurance policies, ensuring that SLA changes occur in less than 48 hours—significantly outperforming the industry standard of 14 days.• Designed and enhanced various mobile app features, including Teleconsultation, and Pharmacy Delivery, resulting in a user satisfaction rating of 4.6 out of 5.• Assisted junior product designers and researchers through design workshops or feedback sessions.• Conducted UX Research and Usability Testing on the discovery and purchase journey, improving the purchase experience for Rey.id Website.

My scope includes but is not limited to build the experience and interface of the product, sketching and wireframing ideas, designing lo-fi and hi-fi prototypes, delivering design handoffs to engineers. Day to day, I am working closely with engineers and PM.
