Conducting specialist geophysical and CCTV surveys of boreholes for ground investigations, water resource projects, geothermal projects, mineral exploration and decommissioning of oil wells.Notable projects I have worked on include: High Speed 2 (HS2), Haweswater Aqueduct Resilience Project (HARP), Lower Thames Crossing, Princess Elizabeth Windfarm and the expansion of Woodsmith Mine.

As an engineering geologist it was my responsibility to supervise drilling crews when performing site investigation work. Duties on site included: -Ensuring that the site is safe and accessible for the necessary drilling rig.-Ensure that all drilling locations are a safe distance from any services.-Supervision of: Rotary drilling, cable percussive drilling. window sampling, trial pits and soakaway tests.-Taking regular soil, rock and water samples.-Logging of soil and rock samples to conform with eurocode 7 and BS 5930.-Liaise with clients.-General organisation and health and safety management of the site.-Generation of detailed technical drawings for report use.
