I set records for the most sales in a day, and was quickly promoted to manage Sales, Service and Administration teams. I relocated to Leeds to set up new teams and departments. Moved back to Manchester and worked with the recruitment and resourcing team. Appointed to Mentor to Aspiring Team Leaders. Project co-ordinator of national campaigns. Developed and pioneered the "Academy" process. Wrote and delivered training programmes for customer service and sales. I was rated at 5 (exceptional performer) on numerous occasions and was a Chief Executive award Winner and rewarded with a trip to Monte Carlo. The recession and numerous restructures by the RBS took it's toll so I left to start my own business.
