Hello, My name is Steve Scheid,Throughout my career, I have always had an interest in building and repairing machinery and pursuing home remodeling projects. After 30+ years in machine setup and repair, a decision was made to move in a different direction. Though not new to me (more rewarding.) I am now in my 3rd home and have completed extensive remodeling to all 3 properties while gaining a wealth of experience along the way. Experience includes re-shingling a roof, Siding replacement, ceramic tile flooring, building an 8ft bar in the great room, Building and installing kitchen Cabinets whole room Drywall installation, building a surround wood deck around the pool, 8ft wooden fence installation, Large appliance removal, and installations. Interior and exterior whole house painting, kitchen and bath fixture removal and installs, Sealing blacktop driveways and many others.Other experience includes 3 years of apartment caretaking responsibilities for a 32-unit complex located In Milwaukee WI, which included make-readies and turnovers for new tenants. An extensive amount of painting experience was acquired. Numerous garbage disposals replaced, Light fixtures, bath fans, Drain and toilet clogs, Carpet cleaning, swapping out blinds for large sliding doors, Drywall repairs, etc.My former career taught me a very important life lesson. Problem solving and cause and effect skills. Possessing those skills have helped me in all areas of my life and have helped me to have a very successful life thus far.
