- Oversee customer account management, including negotiating contracts and agreements to maximize profit;- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships- Develop the marketing strategy in line with company objectives.- Participate in recruitment efforts

- Implement sales activities like offering prices based on customers' inquiries, making contracts and making sure the cooperation among different departments to make the contract successfully (In charge of variety of customers from Norway, Netherlands, Japan, Belgium, etc)- Maintain and develop customer relations through greeting them in the company's production sites, visiting them in person.

Market Entry Strategy to enter the Japanese poultry market via retail channels

- Research, analyse and provide market intelligence for the development of local businesses through major industrial newsletters and Industry and Trade newsletters; - Participate in projects, sub projects relating to external economic relation and export promotion. - Propose, build and implement trade promotion programmes such as business matchmaking programmes or workshops that enhance the trade related knowledge and skills of local businesses or those who work in trade promotion field;
