Make salary ( SVC file, OVT , Night shift, interrupted shift, ẠTM,...)Make Insurance for Vietnamese and Korean employees (Handling insurance policies: maternity, sickness, new registration, resign, loss of books,...)Answer questions for employees about issues related to working days, salaries and employee benefits (according to labor law)Monitor and update AL and PH.Participate in building salary scales with management.Monitor and update labor contracts and probationary contracts for all hotel employees.Monitor employee salary updates (salary increase, salary decrease).Manage employee records on the hotel system.Register for family deductions and tax codes for employees.Receive information from department heads, and deploy recruitment plans for recruiting staffMake reports to the tourism department, quarterly and annual accommodation reportsPerform other tasks as directed by management.
