Senior Research Manager
Current- Lead and manage research projects focusing on RGM (Revenue Growth Management) including pricing, portfolio optimization, forecasting, and new product development
- Advise clients on appropriate research methodologies, discrete choice modelling techniques, and Hierarchical Bayesian analysis, resulting in data-driven decisions and improved business outcomes
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, including consulting firms, fellow market research agencies, FMCG, and telecom companies, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeating business opportunities
- Mentor and guide junior/senior analysts, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment while contributing to their professional growth
- Oversee the project distribution among team members based on individual strengths, workload capacity, and project requirements to maximize resource allocation
