Senior Research Manager
Current• Lead and manage research projects focusing on RGM (Revenue Growth Management) including pricing, portfolio optimization, forecasting, and new product development• Advise clients on appropriate research methodologies, discrete choice modelling techniques, and Hierarchical Bayesian analysis, resulting in data-driven decisions and improved business outcomes• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, including consulting firms, fellow market research agencies, FMCG, and telecom companies, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeating business opportunities• Mentor and guide junior/senior analysts, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment while contributing to their professional growth• Oversee the project distribution among team members based on individual strengths, workload capacity, and project requirements to maximize resource allocation
