To collect customers’ nominations, verify to ensure compliance with COSA agreement, compile crude lifting programs with Saudi Aramco, develop a final lifting program incorporating any required changes and then feedback approved program to customers.Coordinate vessel vetting is cleared prior to vessel acceptance for both VLCC and lightering vessels, ensuring safety is paramount. Monitor the progress of crude lifting and VLCC voyages to ensure laydown commitments are met; coordinates with multiple customers for optimizing the delivered cargos through vertical integration and facilitating changes to the schedules as needed. Appoint and coordinate with lightering provider, agent, inspection and loss control companies for STS operations in the US Gulf Coast and delivery barrels to Motiva Port Neches terminal.Oversees and manages the voyage and cargo documentation, inspection and time logs for cargos delivered related invoicing/demurrage. Review and approve approximately 80 invoices/month, including demurrage, shipping claims, inspection and loss control invoices, and perform analysis on expenditure trends and causes of deviation from plan.Follow and analyze trends in the tanker market; make recommendations on plans and programs for Saudi Aramco to take advantage of these trends and improve efficiencies for crude shipment.
