Driver Performance:- Analyze partners segmentations and design schemes to maintain partners' performance and estimate costs of schemes to ensure the budget is under control. - Design ad-hoc campaigns to improve partners performance for certain demands at certain times (celebrations, holidays,...) or for certain partners (churn, reactivations,...)- Track and monitor analysis of metrics to properly define and propose solution to improve current process Achievement: Maintain two-wheeler service with 88% FFR and improve four-wheeler service from 65% to 72% FFR. Increase the number of active users by 27% with two-wheeler service, 41% with four-wheeler in the last 3 months of 2020 and 17% with two-wheeler service, 5% with four-wheeler in the first 3 months of 2021. Order Processing Team:- Collaborate across departments to collect information, build and optimize order process (especially four wheeler service) - Lead, train and monitor the performance of team members to ensure efficiency in service operations and meeting of individual & group targets.- Draw up Partner Research based on demanding to build a new service or new contract with corporate users. Achievement: Build the OPT process to fulfill new service orders and help to maintain four-wheeler service with 91% RR.

Function: Driver Engagement - Driver Management - Create communication plans for new services, new projects including establishing content and implementing in social media and communication channels and ensure that partners have full information.- Plan, organize and participate in online & offline events to increase partners’ loyalty, satisfaction and promote brand awareness- Manage Top partners' campaign to engage top partners, hold them the best regard - Social media channel management: publish post, response to partners' comments and inbox, resolve product and service problems by clarifying partners’ complaints and questions.

Onboarding Intern- Maintain partner conversion rate by training new partner and ensure that they have been prepared with full knowledge before getting the first trip- Continuously revamp the training section to improve partners’ experiences

Finance Trainee for Income section- Recording all the documents from FO and F&B including: payments, invoices.- Support in completion of all financial documents and Daily revenue report
