Hospitality Specialist
Current• Directly responsible for coordinating needs of OOBE’s hospitality department to ensure all guests and employees have a positive experience when working or visiting the offices. • Oversaw 80+ client visits for 2024. Managing the objectives, catering, travel, event set-up and breakdown, and post event feedback. • Ensuring the vision and purpose of OOBE is expressed through keeping our facilities in the best shape possible at all times, appropriately anticipating and responding to the needs of employees and guests. • Successfully overseeing the production of events from conception through to completion, providing outstanding customer service, organizing memorable meetings and events that exceed expectations.• Coordinate, plan and execute internal office events for staff to enjoy on a monthly basis. Holiday parties, company outings, luncheons, team-building events and gatherings. • Proactively handle any issues and troubleshoot emerging problems related to hosting guests. • Conduct market research, gather information and negotiate contracts prior to closing meeting room rentals. • Manage event planning, design, and production; delivering all elements within time frame. • Manage front desk coverage, and hospitality; including but not limited to greeting, helping customers, maintain security of the building by enforcing front desk procedures. • Assist in coordination of corporate travel in accordance to the corporate travel policy. • Communicate with all outside vendors related to hospitality and travel. • Maintain storage needs and maintain knowledge of inventory items in storage. • Manage office supply inventory to include meeting requirements, hospitality needs and items to maintain a safe working environment. • Assist with gifting for employee personal events, company vendors and partners. • Maintain office aesthetics year round.
