As a production manager at AL Bustan Factory For Nuts, Coffee, Chocolate, and Confectionery, I bring over 10 years of experience and expertise in FMCG manufacturing. My primary goal is to ensure that our customers receive high-quality and delicious products. In my role, I am responsible for overseeing the continuous and reliable production of our goods, as well as planning and directing production activities and priorities.I am proud to be a member of the food safety team, where I play a crucial role in implementing and enforcing important standards such as GMP, GHP, ISO, and HACCP within our production area. By doing so, I ensure that our operations meet the highest standards of quality and safety.In addition to this, I constantly strive to optimize the daily functions and performance of our plant. I utilize the Just-In-Time methodology to reduce work-in-progress and waste, which ultimately enhances our production efficiency, capital equipment utilization, and overall cost reduction.Leading and training a diverse team of over 150 employees is another important aspect of my work.
