Production Operation-To manage and monitor production schedule meet plant objective and customer delivery.-Manage the department to achieve productivity and quality.-Monitor production reject rate with corrective and preventive action-To ensure teamwork and high motivation among the worker.-Promote quality awareness of customer requirement.-Involved in continuous improvement in production to meet customer needs.-Involved in Save Cost activities to reduce expenses and loss.-Co-ordinate with Production Head for Quality, Cost, Delivery and System.-Co-ordinate between planning and production for supply of material and delivery schedule-Involved in Monitoring Gross Profit DivisionWarehouse/ Store -Ensure Storage Addressing System being followed and maintain.-Implement J.I.T system to control inventory level.-Ensure finished good delivery to customer in time.-Responsible for division periodically inventory accuracy.Others-Execute and Implement such as Department Objectives and system ISO9001:2008, ISO14001:2004, UL requirement, OSH, and Green Procurement.-Ensure Safety and Cleanliness is maintain at workplace-Involve Global Save Cost and Improvement Activities-Lead Auditor for ISO14001:2004 EMS-Internal Auditor for EQMS ( Green Procurement)-Division Representative for ISO 9001:2004-Division Representative for UL ( Underwriters Laboratories)
