Having worked for over 7 years in Project Management and Quality Management, I have acquired a wealth of experience in a variety of fields. I commenced my career from the technical support domain where I learned about problem solving. Then I moved to the position of Quality Team Lead for 25 QA experts for 4 years, during which quality improvements and process efficiencies were achieved.After this, I have worked for one year as a Customer Success Manager, where the emphasis was on improving the relations and satisfaction of the customers. More recently, I have transitioned to being a Project Manager for the past 1.5 years, in which I use all my skills by managing all project phases from initiation to closure with regard to both time and quality, as well as to the clients’ needs. I can say that having been in a number of various positions, I now understand how the projects are performed and I know how to do it in a proper way.
