I have devoted my working career helping people in the Healthcare Industry from patients, to employees and our community. Patients and Employees are the engine of businesses and it’s vital to create cultures in which they can thrive. As a medical practice professional, I know how important my role is in regards to patients continuity of care to growing our business within the community.With over 10 years’ experience in the health care industry, I am adept at enhancing the patient and employee experience by developing positive workplace cultures. I am the person everyone wants to get to know and noone wants to have my job. Since moving from Government and into Health Care I have won multiple awards and commendations from my senior executives and the CEO of St Vincents Australia. During the course of my career, I have gained a breadth of experience from every aspect of the Healthcare Industry from advocating for patients, managing a team of over 80 staff, supervise and run a small business, leading doctors across multiple hospital sites and negotiating with Medicare and multiple health insurance funds.I have a very unique set of skills and experience that I've developed over years because I wanted to know and be the best representative individually and corporately.
