As an accomplished biotechnology professional with a foundation in research and development, I specialize in biomaterials characterization, microfluidic design and fabrication, and enzyme immobilization. During my academic journey, I developed an in vitro biomaterial-on-a-chip model using microfluidic technology. This project involved designing and fabricating a universal, reusable microfluidic chip that facilitated diverse characterizations, such as stability tests, drug release kinetics, and protein adsorption studies. These experiences not only deepened my appreciation for independent research but also strengthened my dedication to bioengineering.In my current role, I focus on optimizing enzyme immobilization and catalyst production processes. My effective use of lab automation technologies and advanced management systems, such as Opentrons and Benchling, significantly boosts efficiency and ensures rigorous quality control.
