The duties I perform include a range of radiographic procedures on adult and paediatric patients using both Computed Radiography (CR) and Digital Radiography (DR) equipment. I am also experienced in urological and orthopedic theatre imaging and undertaking portable examinations on the general wards and on the Special Care Baby Unit (SCBU) and using the necessary equipment safely and efficiently to provide a high standard of images. I am competent in undertaking various fluoroscopic procedures using radiographic contrast agents also performing video swallow procedures with Ear, Nose and Throat Specialists on adult and paediatric patients some of whom have learning difficulties. I have experience in CR and DR dental radiography also undertaking intra-oral x-rays. I have gained experience in CT, feel competent undertaking CT head examinations unassisted. I have IV Cannulation Training which is useful as some CT scans require the use of contrast media. Working in a teaching hospital presents the opportunity to work with 1st, 2nd and 3rd year radiography students from the University of Liverpool. All the radiographers contribute to student placement education, challenging knowledge and teaching skills throughout their clinical placement ensuring high quality images and care whilst adhering to radiation protection guidelines and local rules. I enjoy drawing from my own experiences to encourage and assist in any way possible. Throughout second year of University I participated in a Peer Mentor Scheme, which allowed me to give advice and support to students in their first year of training.

Looking after customers, serving a variety of Cuban tapas and mains along with drinks via waitress service, general cleaning, working as a team with other servers and kitchen staff, on weekends i was entrusted with cashing up the tills and locking the premises. I also performed occasionally during the week playing guitar and singing chilled out cover songs in the background as people were dining/having drinks.

I developed excellent communication skills and organisational skills during my time working at the rat and parrot. Provided a waitress service and fully trained as a cocktail waitress on the bar. On weekends I did promo work for the pub helping to arrange different promo nights and bringing in custom. I was also in charge of operating the private karaoke booths which included providing different food and drink packages to large private parties.

Serving customers food and drinks and waiting on tables. We worked very much as a team in the pub and I gained a lot of confidence with customers and a good knowledge of the food and drink served at the pub.Dealing with customer complaints and disputes was an important part of the job and effectively communicating with staff and customers to provide excellent service and a good overall experience.
